Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma



Preferred Education:

• College Degree



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service-focused role

• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Basic technical knowledge with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

• General web support and portal navigation experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience working with multiple systems

• High level understanding of health insurance, membership eligibility, and billing



Overview:

• This role provides technical and navigational support for employer group and broker populations using a business portal

• The position assists with member enrollments, group billing, invoicing, and user access

• The role ensures a seamless and positive customer experience



Job Summary:

• Serves as the primary point of contact for employer groups and brokers using the business portal

• Resolves inquiries through inbound phone calls and emails

• Assists users in navigating portal functions related to enrollment, billing, and payments

• Provides consistent, high-quality customer and technical support



Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls

• Respond to incoming emails

• Process user access requests and provision access

• Provide technical and navigational support for enrollment, billing, and payment functions

• Assist customers with portal navigation and issue resolution

• Attend in-person training at the San Diego office

• Travel to office if required during internet or power outage situations
