Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma



Preferred Education:

• College or above



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of related experience

• Customer service and phone call center experience required

• Service recovery experience is a must

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality performance



Overview:

• Fully onsite during orientation and training

• Partially remote upon management discretion based on performance

• Remote work is offered only after demonstrating full independence and quality work

• If remote, worker must remain local to the office



Job Summary:

• The role involves handling inbound calls, documenting interactions, and assisting with transportation setup through internal systems

• The position requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage customer concerns effectively



Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service

• Accurately document all phone interactions

• Assist in setting up transportation through the ordering system

• Maintain high standards of service and professionalism

• Follow company policies and procedures
