Required Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
• Minimum 6 months of data entry experience
• Experience handling customer inquiries via phone and email
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Experience in a foodservice, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment
• Recent experience in a high-volume call center
• Experience using Cisco phone systems
• Experience working with multi-line phone systems
• Order processing or order management experience

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers by providing professional support through phone, email, and other communication channels. This role is responsible for handling a high volume of inbound customer interactions, processing requests, resolving issues, and supporting various operational functions within the distribution center.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy. Strong communication, computer, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Duties:
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls using a multi-line phone system
• Process customer orders, substitutions, pickups, and return credits
• Provide support for customer special requests and account inquiries
• Research and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information and order data
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Assist distribution center teams as needed
• Maintain service levels, quality standards, and departmental metrics
• Perform additional projects and duties as assigned
