Job Description
Required Education:
• High school diploma or GED

Required Experience and Skills:
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
• Strong written communication skills; a writing and grammar assessment will be required as part of the interview process
• Ability to pass all assessments associated with the position
• Ability to accurately read and interpret stable and scrolling on-screen text and images
• Ability to clearly communicate verbal information using a headset or speaker and microphone
• Proficiency in using a keyboard and mouse to type and make on-screen selections
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time

Contact Center Representative Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support primarily through a messaging chat platform once fully trained
• Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure a seamless and positive banking experience
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on a wide range of banking products and services, offering guidance, education, and advice to help customers achieve their financial goals
• Deliver customer-first service by consistently demonstrating the organization’s core values in every interaction
• Identify and provide solutions that address both immediate customer needs and long-term relationship goals
