Job Description
Required Education & Experience
• Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. (A college degree or currently pursuing a degree is a plus).
• Experience: 2–4 years of strong Customer Service experience (required).

Required Skills
• Communication: Effective, strong, and service-focused verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone calls, and MS
Teams chat.
• Outlook: Must be able to manage multiple calendars for scheduling appointments.
• Excel: Data entry proficiency.

Job Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact between Chubb and the client throughout the entire home assessment scheduling process.
• Make a high volume of outbound contacts (calls and emails) to secure client appointments.
• Maintain an appointment-setting process that accommodates the needs of both clients and internal business partners.
• Follow through with all tasks effectively and efficiently by utilizing company and department resources.
• Consistently complete tasks with an increased focus on details to improve the overall scheduling experience.
• Proactively and clearly communicate any scheduling needs or concerns to leadership.
• Work collaboratively to respond to all internal and external inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
• Provide monthly reports to leadership on scheduling trends, availability issues, and concerns in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously with all partners using email, phone calls, and MS Teams chat.
