SUMMARY

This role is primarily responsible for entering and maintaining data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. The position will also provide clerical support as needed, including documentation and record-keeping activities. The individual will assist in identifying and noting areas where programs and processes require documentation. Required system certification must be completed prior to independently performing system work. During the first week of the assignment, clearance and onboarding will take place, during which time the individual will shadow team members to learn processes and workflows.



EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• H.S School Diploma

• One or more years of relevant clerical/administrative experience



REQUIRED SKILLS

• Customer service experience, data entry, typing

• Working knowledge of MS Word , Teams, and Excel required (Won't need to work with pivot tables or anything advanced, but will need to know how to filter and arrange items by color, etc)

• Must have good communication and human relations' skills and ability to handle multiple tasks



NICE TO HAVE’S

• Ability to have a free conversation with customers without following a script.

• Data entry background.



RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter payroll and time data in Time Reporting Information System (TRIS) for Operating Center personnel.

• Update ACO/ARCOS database, daily sheets, and maintain necessary reports with current information.

• Responsible for updating daily orders in Customer Service System (CSS), OAS, DOJM CRTS and MVRS systems, including rate changes, installs/removes, lighting orders, disconnects for non-pay and damage claim billing.

• Review, investigate and complete CSS Work Flow Manager (WFM) on-line reports.

• Contact with customers concerning updates and changes with schedules and orders.

• Accurately maintain files and records.

• Provide clerical support, including handling of the mail, office supplies, general letter and spreadsheets.
