Customer Service Specialist

In this role, you will support patients, healthcare providers, and customers by managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting with product and testing support, and helping users navigate digital healthcare platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service skills who are interested in healthcare technology and patient support services.



Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

• Assist customers with demographic updates, physician changes, member plan information, and supply orders

• Collect, document, and record INR testing results accurately

• Provide product education, testing support, and basic technology guidance

• Support patients using remote monitoring and digital healthcare platforms

• Follow call scripts and company procedures during patient interactions

• Coordinate with physicians regarding INR reporting preferences and results

• Monitor patient adherence to prescribed testing schedules

• Resolve customer concerns, escalations, and complaints with professionalism

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, privacy, security, and regulatory standards

• Manage time effectively while meeting attendance and schedule expectations
