Job Description
We are seeking an Entry-Level Contract Associate to support procurement and vendor contracting activities across multiple indirect spend categories, including Hospitality, Facilities, and Marketing. This role will be responsible for assisting with contract administration, document management, supplier onboarding, and compliance tracking.



This position is ideal for candidates interested in procurement, contract management, business operations, or vendor relations. While prior contract or procurement experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.



Key Responsibilities



Support the preparation, review, processing, and tracking of supplier agreements and contracts.

Maintain contract files, records, and documentation within company systems.

Monitor contract expirations, renewals, amendments, and approval workflows.

Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution.

Assist with vendor onboarding activities and documentation collection.

Ensure contracts and supporting documents are complete and compliant with company requirements.

Track key contract milestones and maintain reporting tools and spreadsheets.

Respond to contract-related inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate.

Support audits, compliance reviews, and record retention requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.

Previous experience in procurement, contract administration, customer service, administration, hospitality, or operations preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent organizational and document management skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with contracts and business records.

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
