Requirements:

• Experience with data entry, record maintenance, or administrative/operational support

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing customer information and financial data

• Ability to work with reports, spreadsheets, and internal systems

• Basic understanding of calculations, discounts, percentages, and financial data

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills for tracking rebate checks and customer records

• Ability to follow documented processes and identify discrepancies or exceptions

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members



Overview (Rebate Operations Administrator - Invoice Processing, Data & Reporting)

The role supports rebate operations through customer address management, rebate check processing, simple manual rebate calculations, rebate engine testing, and process documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and reports, and able to follow established procedures accurately.



Responsibilities

• Update and maintain internal customer address records, particularly for annual rebate check processing after December 31

• Validate customer matching and holding checks for invoice-based rebate programs

• Track rebate checks and support accurate and timely mailing to customers

• Perform or support simple manual rebate calculations for programs with straightforward discount structures

• Assist with rebate engine testing by running reports and validating test data

• Compare rebate engine results against reporting to identify discrepancies and confirm accuracy

• Research and escalate data or calculation issues as needed

• Create, update, and maintain clear process documentation, procedures, and reference materials

• Support training and knowledge retention by ensuring documentation remains accurate and current

• Maintain organized records and follow established operational and quality procedures
