Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of commercial contract administration or sales contracting experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2–4 years of contract administration experience.
• Healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry experience.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of pricing administration and contract compliance processes.
Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administration Coordinator to support our commercial contracting operations. In this role, you will review sales contracts, maintain accurate contract records, manage CRM data, resolve pricing discrepancies, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure contracts are processed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
• Review, process, and maintain sales contracts and contract amendments.
• Verify contract accuracy, completeness, and required approvals.
• Route contracts for signatures according to company approval policies.
• Enter and maintain contract information within the CRM system.
• Organize and maintain electronic contract files and documentation.
• Generate reports and monitor contract status using CRM data.
• Research and resolve pricing, contract, and shipment discrepancies.
• Support internal audits and compliance activities.
• Respond to inquiries regarding contract eligibility and pricing.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing, Contract Administration, Fulfillment, and Distributor teams.
• Assist with contract renewals and closing activities.
• Develop and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Meet established deadlines while providing timely status updates.
• Perform additional administrative and project work as assigned.
