Required Education

Required Skills
• Experience in contract management, office management, finance, or project management
• Invoice validation and billing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Experience using Excel and Word
• Ability to manage a steady workload efficiently
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Ariba, or Conga
• Accounts payable or purchasing experience
• Data analysis skills
• Process or project management experience
• PowerPoint presentation skills
• Knowledge of contractor safety requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Review and validate vendor invoices
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice issues
• Manage work orders and contracts using Salesforce and Conga
• Review billing and invoice documents in SAP
• Resolve invoice and project-related issues with internal teams
• Maintain contract policies and process documentation
• Ensure invoices follow contract terms correctly
• Track contract milestones and deadlines
