Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• 5–7 years of commercial contract management, procurement, or contracts-focused legal experience
• Direct experience managing MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, amendments, information security agreements, and data privacy agreements
• Experience working within investment management, asset management, fund administration, insurance investments, or comparable investment organizations
• Vendor contract negotiation experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent agreements and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and contract repositories
• Experience interpreting contractual terms and explaining business impacts to non-legal stakeholders
• Ability to manage contract renewals, obligations, and risk mitigation activities

Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• Market data licensing agreement experience
• Experience with Bloomberg, MSCI, AlphaSense, PitchBook, Morningstar, Dow Jones, S&P Global, eFront, Wall Street Office, JP Morgan data services, or similar platforms
• Asset management industry experience
• Experience supporting fund administration agreements
• Experience supporting loan servicing agreements
• Experience with software licensing and subscription pricing models
• Experience managing offshore or nearshore vendor agreements
• Knowledge of financial services regulatory and third-party risk requirements

Investment Contracts Manager Overview
• Support a large investment organization by managing commercial relationships and contract negotiations with third-party service providers
• Own contract lifecycle activities including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and maintaining agreements
• Partner with business owners, procurement, legal, information security, privacy, and risk teams to move agreements efficiently through approval processes
• Manage vendor agreements supporting investment operations, market data, fund administration, managed services, consulting, technology platforms, and staff augmentation
• Track contract milestones, renewals, usage entitlements, consumption-based pricing, and vendor obligations
• Provide guidance to business stakeholders regarding contractual risks, rights, obligations, and operational impacts
• Support negotiation strategies and vendor relationship management activities
• Help ensure operational continuity by executing agreements in alignment with business timelines and investment operational requirements
• Maintain contract repositories, documentation, and reporting related to vendor spend, renewal schedules, and contract performance

Job Duties
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage vendor agreements
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, amendments, privacy agreements, and information security schedules
• Advise business stakeholders on contractual obligations, risks, and commercial terms
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Information Security, Data Privacy, and Risk teams
• Resolve contract disputes, service issues, and invoicing discrepancies
• Maintain contract repositories and renewal calendars
• Track contract utilization, licensing entitlements, and consumption-based pricing
• Monitor contract expiration dates and renewal milestones
• Develop negotiation strategies and recommendations
• Support vendor relationship management activities
• Ensure contracts support operational timelines and business requirements
