Contract Disposition Associate
Required Education:
Bachelor Degree
Required Qualifications:
• Strong commercial contract review skills (assignment, change-of-control, termination, and consent clauses), ideally within technology, plus the judgment to validate AI extraction against the source document
• Must also be able to quantify financial exposure (termination fees, committed spend, shortfalls) and maintain a clean, auditable, citation-backed tracker in advanced Excel
• Financial services/banking and regulatory familiarity (OCC, FDIC, CFPB, Fed)
Responsibilities:
• Will lead the end-to-end review of a defined portfolio of contracts tied to a divestiture
• Combine AI-assisted extraction (ivo.ai) with manual contract review to produce a validated
• Decision-ready disposition tracker
• Quantifying financial exposure and flagging the highest-risk agreements for legal and business escalation. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
