Job Summary:

About the Role:
Client is looking for a M&A Integrations Contracts Manager who will focus on supporting the Procurement activities to integrate the supply base of our acquired companies. In this position, you will determine and execute on the opportunities for supplier and contract consolidation, renegotiation or termination, project manage and execute key workstreams, coordinate cross-functionally, and operate at ALL levels of the organization. The end-to-end integration is highly data driven and you will need strong analytical skills to gather, consolidate and manage supplier contracts and data. Therefore, you must have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and be able to move seamlessly from tactical to strategic.

Responsibilities:
• Identify shared and net new suppliers between the acquired and parent companies. Determine supplier transition plans based on your review of the contracts as well as data gathered from Client teams and the acquired company.
• Manage and execute on the approved supplier strategy. This includes aligning the supply base to Client standards (e.g. renegotiating or consolidating supplier agreements, risk reviews, etc.)
• Support data gathering, data migration, QA/testing, and data upload activities
• Manage and support the creation, disposition and tracking of supplier assignment and termination letters
• Identify risks and issues and execute on plans to mitigate or prevent those risks
• Manage reports, dashboards, and statuses and provide clear and timely communications to internal stakeholders, management, M&A team, etc.
• Map procurement processes and documentation to Client model and develop a gap analysis to determine synergies/gaps in alignment
• Continuous Improvement – Support the continuous improvement of Procurement at Client

Basic Qualifications:
• 5 + years of direct experience in Contracts Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Sourcing OR (combination of below experience & education)
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance or related degree program
• Excellent understanding of contracts and contract management
• Experience developing and executing negotiation strategies
• Proven critical thinking by translating, analyzing and crafting solutions from financial modeling and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong customer focus
• Proactive, results-oriented, punctual, persuasive, and an excellent teammate
