Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree
Required Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of negotiation skills in private industry
• Prior experience negotiating contracts for financial institution
• Track record of working cross functionally while showcasing prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Review, structure, redline, negotiate, and close and variety of commercial contracts (Software License Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Hardware Purchase Agreements,
• Statements of Work, Schedules, Order etc.), while providing sound advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on non-standard legal terms and related compliance issues.
• Report on legal risk and review contract compliance with company policy.
• Respond promptly to an active procurement team and management
• Communicate effectively on legal issues and contract process.
• Perform gap analysis where terms fall short of standard - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
