Job Description
***Only qualified AI Content Analyst candidates located near Dallas, TX will be considered due to the position requiring an on-site presence. ***

Job Description:

TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Spearhead AI communications strategy, leveraging Copilot AI Agents and emerging AI tools to enable agentic, scalable communications capabilities.
2. Establish AI governance and best practices for AI-enabled, human-inspected workflows.
3. Develop AI prompt engineering libraries, playbooks, and training to drive AI adoption across Client Business.
4. Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities, streamline intake and execution processes, and accelerate speed to market.
5. Support integration of SharePoint, Adobe, and future MarTech capabilities to transform customer communications and onboarding.
