REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in social sciences (political science, sociology will suffice/preferred)
- 1 to 2 years (no more than 5 years) of relevant experience
- Background or strong interest in content moderation
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus but not required)
- Experience using Excel or Google Suites to analyze data
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- A/B Testing
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Proven communication and collaboration skills across multiple cross-functional
Teams
- Auditing the auditors / vendors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with KPI management, quality assurance, and process optimization.

Role Overview
The Quality Measurement Specialist plays a pivotal role in reviewing various types of content according to our advertiser policies and community standards. This position ensures accurate measurement, AI oversight, and provides insights on policy enforcement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams within Global Operations and across Client, you will influence policy development, protocols, technology, and training. Your work will directly impact Client global network of users and business partners, maintaining the safety and trustworthiness of our platforms and ensuring process accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Review content and ads on Client platforms to ensure compliance with community standards and advertiser policies.
• Gather and deliver market-specific insights to improve Client Integrity outcomes.
• Communicate market-specific insights to cross-functional partners to enhance policies, processes, and tools.
• Handle exposure to potentially graphic and objectionable content, including materials such as graphic violence, child exploitation, and other disturbing content.
• Collaborate with vendor operations to share feedback and track the impact of remediation plans.
• Develop expertise across areas of safety abuse and/or account support on a global scale.
• Contribute to projects that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Expert Review team.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Proven communication and collaboration skills across multiple cross-functional teams.
