Job Description
Qualifications and Education:

• Attention to detail: meticulousness in ensuring consistency, accuracy, completeness, and adherence to processes.

• Excellent writing and grammar: impeccable grammar, spelling, punctuation, and a strong understanding of writing principles for clarity and conciseness.

• Clarity and conciseness: ability to translate complex information into simple, direct, and easy-to-understand microcopy.

• Email marketing: familiarity and past work experience with email marketing, list segmentation, and email best practices. Understanding of customer lifecycle stages.

• Strong written and verbal communication: ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal form.

• Organizational skills: ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail: accuracy is crucial in executing marketing campaigns and managing data.

• Analytical aptitude: understanding of data and ability to track and interpret campaign performance.



Content Responsibilities:

• Write clear and concise ui text: create user-friendly and effective microcopy for various user interface elements, including buttons, labels, tooltips, error messages, notifications, and customer flows within Figma.

• Maintain brand voice and tone: ensure all ui text aligns with the established brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.

• Understand user needs: learn about target users and their needs to write content that is intuitive and helps them achieve their goals within the product.

• Iterate based on feedback: revise and refine ui text based on feedback from product PMM, designers, and product managers.

• Contribute to user testing: observe user testing sessions and gather insights to inform content decisions.

• Manage and organize content: own organizing and maintaining ui content within relevant documentation and content management systems (e.g., wiki).

• Assist with content audits: participate in content audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure content accuracy.



Lifecycle Marketing Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns: assist in the implementation of email marketing, in-product notifications, banners, and content distribution designed to engage sellers across different lifecycle stages of advertising business. Inclusive of adoption, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention.

• Assist with audience segmentation and personalization: support the segmentation of target audiences and help personalize marketing messages under the guidance of senior team members.

• Utilize marketing automation tools: hands-on usage of marketing automation platforms such as UEP, monday.com, etc. to execute campaigns and manage workflows.

• Track and report on campaign performance: monitor key metrics for marketing campaigns and share performance reports and recommendations with the team lead.

• A/B testing efforts: plan and deliver A/B tests on creative assets and deliver continued optimization strategies.
