This position involves creation, delivery and maintenance of technical documentation that supports Client products and services. Content Strategy and Development (CS&D) provides the technical and operational information that customers and stakeholders need to do business with Client. CS&D is committed to driving the business goals of Client by maximizing the impact of content. We foster solutions to provide the right content, to the right stakeholders, in the right format, at the right time. We accomplish this goal by collaborating with business partners to understand customer needs and deliver timely, high-quality information in a wide range of media and languages.
The role requires collaboration with cross functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and Testers to create and maintain technical content. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, enjoy finding innovative solutions for delivering digital content, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position also requires managing documentation review lifecycles, ensuring alignment with CS&D writing standards, and publishing technical content across multiple platforms and formats including PDF, HTML, Wiki, and online help files.
The candidate should demonstrate professionalism, accountability, adaptability, and strong partnership-building skills while supporting business goals and delivering high-quality customer-focused documentation.
Job Duties
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Testers, etc.) to create and update technical content
• Accountable for the successful completion of high-quality projects within the technical writing function
• Ensure the documentation aligns with the CS&D writing standards
• Manage the review lifecycle and address input and feedback received from internal business partners and external customers
• Provide excellent customer service to our business partners and customers
• Author in XML or markdown, for content creation and editing
• Publish technical content to multiple platforms and output types, such as PDF, HTML, Wiki, and online help file generation
• Create value for our customers, partners, and colleagues
• Grow together to achieve our goals
• Move fast on what matters most for our customers and Client
