Dealer Loan Specialist
Required Education:
· High School diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
· 2 years min banking and financial experience
· Ability to work in an independent and team-oriented environment
· Excellent attention to detail, with great accuracy
· Ability to perform in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
· Demonstrated time management skill
· Resourcefulness to multitask in order to accomplish desired work output
· Ability to work flexible hours
Responsibilities
· Deliver world standard client service leadership by answering telephone inquiries timely, accurately and professionally.
· System attachment of new loan packages and/or loan support documentation (sorting) to the appropriate application file.
· Review, verify, and board loan packages and loan package support documentation in accordance to the Loan Verification guidelines,
· Provide key support, research and problem resolution to dealer client
· Deliver and provide training, coaching and mentoring for those in position and assist with the most complex work
· Perform supplemental department business processes and reporting as delegated by team leader or manager.
· Track, manage and cure loan packages identified as incomplete or reflect evidence of discrepancies
· Assist in attaching dealer loan proceeds confirmations to loan application file - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
