Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

• 5+ years of combined experience in Digital Asset Management authoring in AEM and Orange Logic platforms

• Demonstrated history of defining and implementing organizational/taxonomy structure for assets, data, or other information

• Creative production experience with in-depth knowledge of file formats (print, digital, video) and strong working knowledge of Figma, InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator on both Mac and PC platforms

• Demonstrating outstanding written and verbal communication skills.





About the Brand Center team – DAM author



The Brand Center Team charter is to ensure that our brands – primarily (but not limited to) client, Telecom Business, FirstNet, ActiveArmor, and Cricket – are consistently and cohesively presented to the marketplace.



This role is integral to the daily execution of the brand across every conceivable touchpoint, not to mention it ensures we are optimally using the brand across tens of billions of dollars of investment in marketing, advertising, messaging, on vehicles, uniforms, signage, in retail, at events, in sponsorship activations, media and much more.



Specifically, the Content Manager is responsible for uploading and quality-checking all content on the Brand Center platform.



Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain all content on the brand management platform.

• Maintain all brand digital assets on the Client Brand Center:

o Using data, regularly evaluate and update site taxonomy to best meet user needs as assets are introduced and retired

o Assess asset properties like keywords and tags to improve site searchability

o Manipulate assets as needed, such as creating new photo resolutions, converting to other file formats and sizes, creating relevant thumbnails of assets, and adding new files to existing collections

o As needed, archive assets to ensure they can be searched and retrieved as needed by site admins

• Update site based on input from Brand Design, Brand Management or Operations Team analysis:

o Modify visual inputs to correct sizes for site components

o Create new pages and update existing pages

o Create relationships across pages to contextualize training, assets, and guidelines

o Support internal constituents who would like to add content to the Brand Center

• Monitor the Brand Support in-box and respond to user inquiries about content and site access

• Create and update site documentation, including site admin manual, guidelines for submission of new content, and site author guides

• Serve as liaison with Technology team to identify bugs and track fixes using JIRA, LINK or other internal tracking systems:

o Regularly conduct site audits to verify functionality and content

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Brand Center user and system author needs
