Job Description
**Only qualified Learning & Store Operations Coordinator candidates located near Columbus, OH to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. ***
Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
- Digital Learning & LMS Experience: Experience administering and maintaining an LMS or digital learning platform, including content uploads, organization, user access, publishing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform upkeep.
- Localization & Global Content Management: Experience coordinating translations/localization of digital learning and video content, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage content accurately across multiple languages/markets.
- Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented Project Execution: Strong project management and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage recurring publishing, communications, reporting, data accuracy, and multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and processes, troubleshoot issues, and independently find solutions. Resourceful, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning as they go, and taking initiative when challenges arise.
- Partner Conference Prep Work: CI’s coordination for London, organizing shipping, shipment tracking, working with FedEx & DHL on resolution of any issues.
- Contest & Incentives Support: Coordinate PO, translation, printing, and shipping for Holiday Contest & Incentives.
Physical Requirements:
The role will be a mix of working at a desk and spending up to 2-3 days/week in the warehouse, mail center, copy center, packing shipments, and ensuring deliveries are packaged correctly by the support team.
Expectation to be able to lift 25lbs, move materials from the print shop to the workroom with a hand trolley, and support packing FedEx boxes for the 600+ locations as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain an LMS or digital learning platform, including content uploads, organization, user access, publishing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform upkeep.
- Coordinate translations/localization of digital learning and video content, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage content accurately across multiple languages/markets.
- Manage recurring publishing, communications, reporting, data accuracy, and multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate the organizing shipping, and shipment tracking with FedEx & DHL on resolution of any issues.
- Coordinate PO, translation, printing, and shipping for Holiday Contest & Incentives.
- Managing print jobs for the 18 languages and 200+ ship-to locations, coordinating translations with an outside vendor, and uploading materials to the comms platform.
