HR Operations & HRIS Consultant Overview

• Provide maternity leave coverage within the Human Resources function

• Support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes

• Process HRIS transactions and maintain employee records

• Support payroll administration activities and related inquiries

• Assist with benefits administration and employee benefits processing

• Administer leave programs and support leave-related requests

• Generate reports and support HR data management activities

• Partner with HR leadership to ensure continuity of operations

• Respond to employee inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer service

• Manage confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion

• Prioritize multiple tasks and recurring deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Support HR service delivery and operational excellence



Job Duties

• Support day-to-day HR operations activities

• Process HRIS transactions and employee record updates

• Assist with payroll administration and payroll-related support

• Administer benefits processing and employee benefits activities

• Support leave administration programs and requests

• Generate and maintain HR reports

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide customer support

• Maintain confidentiality of employee information

• Coordinate with HR leadership and team members

• Manage recurring deadlines and operational priorities

• Ensure continuity of HR services during maternity leave coverage
