Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• 10+ years of experience in private credit operations, loan operations, fund operations, or fund administration

• Experience within asset management, alternative investment firms, insurance investment organizations, or fund administrators

• Deep understanding of the private credit loan lifecycle

• Experience supporting revolving credit facilities and delayed draw facilities

• Experience working with third-party fund administrators and administrator oversight models

• Experience developing operating procedures, playbooks, SLA documentation, and RACI matrices used in production environments

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills within matrix organizations

• Ability to operate strategically and tactically while managing multiple workstreams



Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• Rated note fund or rated note feeder structure experience

• Compliance and waterfall reporting experience

• Rating agency reporting experience

• Fund launch or platform implementation experience

• Experience with IBOR and ABOR environments

• Knowledge of direct lending, broadly syndicated loans, unitranche, and mezzanine structures

• Experience with Alter Domus, State Street, SS&C, Citco, or Northern Trust

• Experience with WSO, Allvue, eFront, or equivalent platforms

• Restructuring, workout, or distressed debt experience

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini



Private Credit Operations Consultant Overview

• Support the launch of a rated note fund serviced by a third-party fund administrator

• Provide subject matter expertise across private credit, loan operations, fund operations, and fund administration

• Help define the target operating model and administrator oversight framework

• Collaborate with operations, finance, data, and technology teams to establish sustainable operating processes

• Support operational readiness activities leading up to fund launch milestones

• Assist in creating documentation required for production operations

• Contribute to SLA development, RACI definitions, operating procedures, and playbooks

• Help identify operational risks and remediation activities

• Support compliance, waterfall reporting, and rating agency reporting requirements

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure readiness for fund launch and ongoing operations



Job Duties

• Define target-state operating models and administrator responsibilities

• Develop operating procedures and playbooks across multiple operational workstreams

• Establish standards for capturing loan lifecycle events and deal modifications

• Advise on internal versus administrator-owned operational responsibilities

• Identify control points, handoffs, and operational risks

• Support operational readiness assessments and remediation activities

• Evaluate readiness for complex private credit loan structures

• Develop SLA definitions and service metrics

• Establish administrator oversight processes, reconciliations, and escalation paths

• Define loan and fund data requirements

• Support compliance and waterfall testing requirements

• Assist with rating agency reporting processes

• Identify and resolve data quality and process issues
