Job Description

Our client is the world's largest intimates' specialty retailer offering a wide assortment of modern, fashion-inspired collections including signature bras, panties, lingerie, casual sleepwear, swim and athleisure, as well as award-winning prestige fragrances and body care.



Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Project management and multi-workstream coordination

• Event planning and logistical execution

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Written communications support, including note-taking, reporting, talking points, and briefing materials

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to jump into both strategic and administrative tasks

• Internship or work experience in fashion, PR, communications, events, entertainment, production, or influencer marketing

• Demonstrated passion for fashion, pop culture, creators, and live events

• Evidence of managing logistics or coordinating large projects

• Experience working with agencies, vendors, or external partners

• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

• Strong written communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure





Public Relations Coordinator Responsibilities:

Editorial-

• Supports as an essential & supplemental teammate of the editorial team

• Supports with live monitoring of press articles for launches/press clippings

• Coverage tracking, media impression gathering, and media alert send-outs?

• Client in the press –supports in drafting weekly round-up of press and social coverage for review

• Supports in all editorial sample requests (gathering, execution of shipping & reports tracking)

• Supports all seasonal sample orders for press previews and ongoing press closet sample monitoring

• Supports ideating of evergreen/always-on pitching angles, franchise stories weekly (internally), and reports internally and to our external PR agency partners for execution

• Supports agenda/high level call note management & reporting follow-up action items for teams to track towards (inclusive of deadlines & guidelines)

• Supports the team with PR written comms, inclusive of talking points & FAQ’s + fact checking campaign & collection messaging with copy teams

• Supports with onsite logistics required when hosting dedicated editorial events inclusive of press previews and in-store talent facing events, liaises with external specialized vendors (floral, catering, etc.) & cross functional partners (security, visuals, social etc.)



Influencer/VIP-

• Support growing Client Creator Program by supporting the PR Specialist on the day-to-day management of the program.

• Supports influencer campaign cast ideation and sourcing

• Works on a myriad of deadlines to facilitate product orders for campaign talent content capture

• Works alongside the team to place crucial, timely product orders for VIP seedings and placements inclusive of archive requests

• Works cross functionally to find solutions in this space including working with the Sample team to secure top-tier VIP placements

• Supports vetting and content approval process to admit new members to the client Creator Program daily

• Assists in sorting through content and sharing with the appropriate internal partners for marketing amplification

• Supports with onsite logistics required when hosting dedicated influencer/social content capture focused events, liaises with external specialized vendors (floral, catering, etc.) & cross functional partners (security, visuals, social etc.).



Fashion Show Support (forthcoming support for 2026)-

• Support PR team on total Fashion Show planning including logistical planning and execution of:

• General day to day logistics and coordination of the client and the incremental needs of the PR team during this season (while other brand priorities are in motion) to ensure timely execution.

• Security and onsite credential organization – Support as one of the points of contact for all internal and external production partner inquiries

• Show Media Kit, Factoids, Show Looks & Credits: Support with cross collaboration across teams to obtain all client press-facing/externally facing information. Assist in coordinating reviews, as well as final production prior to show.

• Gifting for Show: Support in organizing and disseminating all client gifting to model talent, influencers and internal partners/board members

• Photography: Support in creating and updating shot list for onsite capture during the show for runway and BTS

• Travel/car service coordination: Support all VIP talent with travel/car service pick-up and drop off to and from show, and throughout their travels to the show’s after-party

• Support general guest management, vendor management and guest list management in partnership with PR team.

• Support PR Agency logistics and planning including coordination of all major milestone meetings with agency for critical fashion show touch points including milestone seeding meetings, brainstorms, etc.

• Executive On-Site support as a point of contact/guide for leaders throughout the event’s run of show – from check-in, PINK Carpet, show seating and end of show/exit guidance

• Travel if necessary to fashion show and surrounding locations where critical for role

• Support terms of potential gifting, press drafting talking points, comms, model coordination, product needs & more
