Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).



Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

• 5+ years’ experience in financial reporting, operational reporting, controls, or similar roles.

• Experience in insurance or financial services strongly preferred.

• Tableau expertise required (refresh, publishing, standardized reporting outputs).

• SQL or Python skills are a plus

• Strong Excel skills, high attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional partners.



Role:

The Senior Consultant, Reporting & Analytics is responsible for the end-to-end production, accuracy, and delivery of recurring SSRE reporting. The role owns a portfolio of high visibility deliverables and applies strong finance/accounting discipline to ensure outputs are timely, controlled, and audit ready. Tableau expertise is required to refresh, publish, and distribute standardized reporting outputs (not dashboard development).



Key Responsibilities

• Own the recurring reporting calendar and deliver assigned outputs on time and with consistent definitions.

• Produce and maintain standardized reporting packages, including documentation, refresh cadence, and control checks.

• Deliver core SSRE reporting, including:

o State DOI reporting

o Tier 2 quarterly reporting

o Vendor rebates tracking and reporting

o Fleet & Pool Cars reporting

o Corporate Aircraft reporting

o Executive Services reporting

• Provide WAVE tool savings administration support, including tracking and recurring reporting support.

• Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and reasonableness checks to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.

• Use Tableau to refresh and distribute standardized reporting outputs and maintain reliable publishing routines (reporting use).

• Partner with stakeholders to confirm requirements, resolve data issues, and communicate drivers and exceptions clearly.

• Identify opportunities to streamline and strengthen recurring reporting processes (reduce manual steps, improve controls, improve repeatability).
