Role
We are seeking a Senior Integration Architect to support a high-visibility Client Integration (Cap & Grow) initiative.
This role is 100% focused on enterprise integration architecture — analyzing, consulting, and recommending improvements across end-to-end workflows, system integrations, and enterprise data platform architecture.
The consultant will work directly with the Data Platform VP, providing architectural scrutiny, strategic recommendations, and integration optimization guidance.
This is not an application architect or data engineer role — this is a true enterprise integration architecture consulting role.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate end-to-end enterprise workflows across our client's systems
• Assess integration architecture and identify performance, scalability, and data flow gaps
• Provide recommendations on middleware, synchronization, eventing, and data mapping
• Review system interoperability and consolidation strategy
• Drive architecture improvements across enterprise middle services
• Present trade-offs and architectural decisions directly to senior leadership
Strong experience in:
• Enterprise Integration Architecture (8+ years preferred)
• Java-based integration services
• Event-driven architecture (pub/sub, messaging, streaming)
• Caching strategies
• Data synchronization patterns
• Complex data mapping & transformation
• Middleware / API ecosystem
• System consolidation / M&A integration (highly preferred)
Tech Stack Exposure:
• Java
• Eventing frameworks
• Caching solutions
• Synchronization & workflow orchestration
• SoloDB (nice to have)
