Description of project:

We are looking for an experienced Consultant to support the DOR under HR Administration.



Description of position:



• Seeking an enthusiastic and quick learner who is organized, customer service oriented and detailed to support the DOR community.

• Duties include processing specific tasks under HR operations and providing consultative duties around off-boarding (terminations), schedule hour changes & workforce analytics.

• Collaborates with internal business partners on specific HR tasks. Maintains record management for DOR’s internal workforce system. Manages moderately complex projects or project components and participates in change management activities.

• Performs data analysis in support of business initiatives; yearly and ad-hoc reporting.

• Able to interpret Client policies and communicate effectively.

• Monitor’s compliance of work activities to ensure DOR workforce is adhering to Client policies and procedures. HR experience is preferred.





Basic Qualifications:

• BA degree or three (3) years’ experience in consulting, project management, data analytics & operations

• Six (6) years’ experience in consulting, project management, data analytics & operations in lieu of BA degree Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• Excellent in client relations

• Strong project management and coordination skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills.

• Desired Start Date: As soon as possible

• FTE and schedule: FTE - This is a hybrid position, 1-2 days onsite Position duration: Ongoing Full time, M-F, 2 days onsite Pleasanton Campus.
