Job Description
***Pleasanton, CA Hybrid Role (Partially remote – 3 days onsite per week)***



Education Requirements:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree

• Preferred: Master’s degree



Experience Requirements:

• Ideally 5+ years in project management, quality assurance processes, or a related field



Required Technical Skills:

• Strong MS Excel skills

• Data analysis experience



Preferred Technical Skills:

• Project management tools

• Tableau

• Smartsheet

• Epic-Client



Certifications:

• Preferred: Project Management or Performance Improvement certifications



Work Schedule:

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM



Top Responsibilities:

1. Develop dashboards and SOPs

2. Lead Home Modification programs and other assigned initiatives

3. Lead and facilitate Performance Improvement (PI) projects



Top Skillsets Needed:

1. Experience managing medium-to-large scale programs

2. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

3. Ability to identify and drive improvement opportunities across teams



Additional Notes:

• Strong Excel and Smartsheet skills are essential

• Must be highly independent, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
