We are seeking a motivated IT Consultant with experience in Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2 to join our client’s team in Pasadena, CA. This hybrid role offers a mix of production support, system enhancements, and project-based work, providing an excellent opportunity to grow within a large enterprise environment.



-Key Responsibilities:



Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams to support system needs

Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage tickets through an internal case management system

Participate in system enhancements and project initiatives for assigned PeopleSoft modules

Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements

Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solutions Delivery, Infrastructure, and Architecture

Track progress, communicate updates, and escalate risks when necessary



-Qualifications:



2+ years of relevant IT or consulting experience

Hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2

Strong skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder communication

Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines



-Work Environment:



Hybrid role based in Pasadena, CA (partial remote flexibility)

Standard business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No travel required
