Job Description
• Remote Options (Fully Remote, Partially Remote, Client Onsite): Mostly remote. Maybe needs to come in a few times a month, but this is negotiable.

Executive Consultant – Quality and Systems of Care

Position Summary
The Executive Consultant supports the SCPMG Quality and Systems of Care pillar by organizing, developing materials and managing programs that promote quality, collaboration and operational excellence. This role is responsible for driving executive level project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

• Key Responsibilities
Learning & Collaboration :
• Promotes learning by communicating information and providing advice to drive projects forward.
• Builds relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Listens to and addresses performance feedback; provides actionable feedback, including upward feedback to leadership.
• Practices self-leadership by creating and executing plans to capitalize on strengths and improve opportunity areas.
• Adapts to competing demands and new responsibilities; models team collaboration across units.

Project Execution :
• Promotes adherence to procedures and policies; partners internally and externally to make effective business decisions.
• Determines and carries out processes and methodologies; solves complex problems and escalates high-priority issues.
• Develops work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines; coordinates and delegates resources.

Program Management :
• Manages large-scale programs or components with multiple workstreams and strategic goals across departments or regions.
• Develops, analyzes, and manages complex program plans including scope, schedule, interdependencies, and complexity.
• Monitors program financials and performance to ensure long-term value delivery; adjusts plans as needed in fluid environments.
• Leads organizational change management activities including user adoption, implementation, and training plans.
• Communicates clear program goals and objectives.
• Proactively identifies and mitigates program risks and issues.

Stakeholder Engagement :
• Builds and maintains relationships with internal customers, vendors, senior management, and business leaders.
• Clarifies accountability and authority across stakeholders; ensures appropriate representation and inclusion.
