Job Description
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Preferred Education
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Required Experience
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management (PPM), or business consulting within a client-facing professional services environment.
• Experience managing multiple complex programs and ensuring successful delivery against organizational objectives.
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and program financial oversight.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across large organizations.
• Proven experience developing executive-level status reports, program metrics, and governance updates.

Preferred Experience
• Experience supporting business transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping, business process re-engineering, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Experience implementing resource management and capacity planning practices.
• Leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing project or consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise-level programs and strategic initiatives while monitoring progress against organizational objectives.

• Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Identify program risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery schedules.
• Drive governance processes by preparing executive presentations, status reports, and performance updates.
• Recommend and implement operational improvements that increase efficiency and strengthen program execution.
• Mentor project teams and foster collaboration to achieve organizational and business goals.
