Overview:
The Brand Management and Marketing team leads the development of global strategic, long-range property and marketing plans to support the key properties and franchises within the Global Products and Experiences (PP&E) Division at Paramount. The team also serves as the central point of coordination across all franchises for Products and Experiences, aggregating insight, collaborating with partners an ensuring alignment across teams and key initiatives.
The Brand Management consultant will be responsible for supporting the development of long-range property plans that manage the lifecycle for key properties and franchises across consumer demographics, leading day-to-day coordination with partners in hardlines, softlines, live experiences, publishing, corporate franchise and content for assigned portfolio of brands, analyzing consumer and market trends to inform data-driven strategies, reviewing and managing approvals of marketing materials, developing new pitch materials to support the business needs, collaborating with research teams across the company to mine insights and research to inform strategic approach, identifying additional research and insight needs, and collaborating with retail teams and licensing teams to support the sell-in process.
Job Duties
