Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent



Preferred Education:

• Computer science related degree is preferred.



Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• Strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to write non-technical correspondence clearly and effectively

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment

• Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively



Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticket/case management systems

• Knowledge of MS SharePoint

• Ability to run SQL scripts or queries



Help Desk Analyst Overview:

The Help Desk Analyst provides first-level technical and functional support to users by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate documentation of requests. This role involves supporting system users, analyzing issues, and utilizing knowledge base resources to provide timely resolutions. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Training is provided to develop proficiency in supported systems and tools



Job Duties:

• Provide first-level support for Help Desk and security-related incidents

• Answer incoming calls and emails and respond to user inquiries

• Accurately document issues and requests during initial contact

• Analyze user issues and leverage system knowledge and knowledge base resources to identify solutions

• Maintain working knowledge of system navigation, procedures, and processing requirements

• Support users with system usage, including navigation, access, and reporting

• Route issues to appropriate second-level support when necessary

• Coordinate schedules with supervisors to ensure coverage during business hours

• Learn and utilize Help Desk tools and software to assist users

• Participate in training sessions, workgroups, and meetings as required



Additional Information:

Work Schedule: The candidate is expected to begin work initially on-site to ensure all training

requirements are completed. Once the team member’s confidence in the job and overall reliability is

confirmed, candidates can apply for a schedule that includes at least 50% on-site work.
