Job Description
PC Refresh Technician



Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an Imaging Technician or PC Refresh Technician, preferably in a power plant or industrial environment.

· Prior experience imaging laptops and desktops

· Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, software applications, and network configurations.

· Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

· Must be physically capable of lifting IT equipment, working in confined spaces (eg crawling under desks) to set up workstations, and walking extensively to access and service multiple workstations throughout the facility.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.



Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to join our team to work in a power plant environment. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of desktop and field support systems.



Key Responsibilities:

· Imaging laptops and desktops

· Support PC Refresh project for new laptops and PCs

· Provide desktop support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

· Perform field support tasks, including setting up and maintaining computer systems and networks within the power plant.

· Respond to and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

· May support networking issues
