The Compliance Officer for Client (Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes) is responsible for reviewing and resolving public complaints in accordance with Florida statutes. The role involves direct communication with constituents, analyzing complaints against state regulations, and documenting case actions in internal systems. The ideal candidate combines strong customer service skills with attention to detail, organizational ability, and familiarity with professional office procedures.



Key Responsibilities:

• Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed

• Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue

• Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST

• Advise complainant of the Division’s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason

• Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate

• Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor

• Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa

• Document the actions in the OnBase system
