Job Description
Required Education:
• Must have HS Diploma
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Experience managing onboarding or vetting processes, including reviewing/auditing documentation and troubleshooting inquiries.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with timely follow-up.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities:
• Manage the onboarding process for vendors providing services to new vendors and audit onboarding paperwork.
• Troubleshoot vendor inquiries and provide timely support.
• Ensure vendors meet safety requirements to work with the Client.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
