This role is responsible for strategically managing Cash Flow and Loan activities to maintain and improve the financial health of the company. As a key member of the finance team, the position focuses on efficiently utilizing financial resources and minimizing financial risks



Responsibilities:

• Forecast and monitor the company''s Cash Flow

• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow

• Negotiate and manage Loan and credit agreements

• Negotiate with financial institutions and manage relationships

• Manage long-term and short-term borrowing

• Prepare financial status reports of the company

• Regularly analyze financial data and providing reports

• Perform variance analyses to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management and operations

• Monitor cash transactions to ensure bank accounts are balanced and report any unusual transactions.

• Reconcile daily cash transactions and monthly bank statements.

• Utilize analytical and decision-making skills to prioritize payment requests in accordance with company cash flow and departmental procedures.

• Process due invoices for payments based on prioritization and cash flow management

• Provide weekly cash flow analysis to department management and provide recommendations to department management

• Perform other duties as assigned



Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience

• 5+ years of exp in Cash flow / Loan preferred

• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Experience with SAP or other accounting systems is preferred



Knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to effectively communicate with team members with different cultural backgrounds and varying levels of financial literacy

• Bilingual in Japanese or Korean

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to remain confidential and handle sensitive data

• Ability to work in a fast-paced & growing environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with high level of customer service and follow through

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and advanced Excel skills



Additional Requirements:

• This role requires up to 5-10% of travel (domestic)
