Required Education
• Associate’s degree in business school education, or coursework with a finance focus

Preferred Education:
• Bachelor's degree

Required Skills
• Minimum of 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (manufacturing or similar environment preferred)
• Literacy with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (spreadsheets and database functions)
• Ability to follow procedures and compile data into worksheets and databases
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
• Effective verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Flexibility and multi-tasking capabilities
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to collaborate and form teams (domestic and international)
• Working-level knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to work remotely from the rest of the team using Microsoft Teams
• Self-regulation and strong communication skills when working independently
• Follows established procedures and uses resources efficiently

Job Description (Core Duties)
• Perform receiving, reviewing, processing, and reconciling of supplier invoices
• Use 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips
• Prepare vendor account reconciliations (supplier statements vs. PECNA Payables)
• Troubleshoot and resolve invoice discrepancies with Indirect Procurement, Receiving, Corporate AP, and vendors
• Prepare schedules, reporting, and analysis as assigned
• Support/back up the AP team during absences
• Perform other data entry/data mining tasks as assigned
• Work onsite full-time during training; hybrid schedule allowed afterward as appropriate
