Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma

Required Skills:

• Payroll tax compliance (Company Level) and filing
• Federal, state, and local payroll taxes
• Quarterly and annual tax reconciliation
• Form 941 and W-2/W-2c processes
• State unemployment insurance and related state payroll taxes
• Tax amendments and prior-period corrections
• Payroll tax notices and agency correspondence
• Workday Payroll
• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills

Preferred Skills:

• ADP SmartCompliance experience
• Large, complex multi-state payroll environment
• Payroll tax testing in Workday
• Quarter-end and year-end tax processing
• Acquisition or payroll-transition experience
• Experience researching tax regulations and applying them to payroll
• Experience partnering with Payroll Operations, Accounting, Stock/Equity, HR, and external tax providers

Summary:

A payroll tax professional with demonstrated experience managing payroll tax filing, reconciliation, and compliance activities in a multi-state environment, combined with practical Workday Payroll experience.
