Job Title: Compensation Analyst Level III
Location: Richardson, TX, 75082
Duration: 6+ Months

• Familiar with managing surveys (Market, Salary, compensation). Experience analyzing and utilizing the results of the surveys to determine market rate/market median/50th percentile.
• Helpful if the candidates have experience with Compensation Tools. (Fujitsu uses Pay Factors for compensation analysis, and has SAP and Oracle for HRIS source data).
• Looking for experience in non-sales, non-executive compensation. Familiar with variable payment plans, incentive based plans and bonus calculations
• Workers will be expected to work 1-2 days per week in the Richardson TX (days TBD and flexible based on candidate preference)
• Have experience reviewing job descriptions, and job matching roles to categories. Should understand terms like Benchmark, Comp-ratio, 50th Percentile, Min/Max of the salary range, Career Frameworks.
• Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree
• Candidates that have 4 years of experience in Compensation Analysis is ideal
• Strong Excel skills preferred and analytically minded
• Adaptability to the environment and various data sources is important

• Role may convert to permanent if the candidate is amenable.
