Job Description
Note: Looking for candidate to be located within a 35 mile radius of Columbus campus to be able to come into office for in person meetings.



Specific skills should include:

- HTML, AMPscripting and CSS development for email (distinct from web development)

- Experience in one of the top email service providers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Cheetah Mail, MailChimp as examples)

- SFMC/Content Builder experience preferred

- Experience working in Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Uberflip and Datorama desired



Duties:

- Creating and sending emails on behalf of various business units

- Consult on journey experience flow, set-up, reporting, etc.

- Be a student of the industry, staying informed on latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud enhancements, new capabilities, benchmarks/KPIs, governance, etc. and proactively sharing with team.

- Learn and leverage digital platform capabilities to innovate and identify new A/B testing opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on omni-channel marketing best practices and automation capabilities.

- Document requirements needed for projects and processes within the email space

- Assist with small projects related to digital messaging

- Provide ad hoc reporting as needed

- Analyzing deliverability data and identifying potential issues
