Job Description
Required skills:
• Experience building and managing community efforts on LinkedIn at a large brand or organization, with in-depth platform knowledge
• Exceptional writing and copywriting skills. Proven experience writing both proactive and reactive copy within a brand's voice and tone.
• B2B experience and familiarity
• Strong judgement and ability to follow playbooks, principles, and brand guidelines
• Excellent program management skills.
• Ability to self-start, build relationships, work cross-functionally, communicate, navigate barriers, juggle multiple high-priority projects, and influence in a highly matrixed, large organization.
• Proactivity with a strong say/do ratio and follow through
• Analytical skills and experience making data-backed recommendations from internal and external sources.

Preferred skills:
• Understanding of AI search landscape and the impact of social platforms
• Familiarity with social listening tools (Sprinklr) and platform analytics

Role and responsibilities:
• Drive LinkedIn community management for Client Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks as as part of the Global Business Solutions Group brand social team
• Daily, hands-on platform engagement
• Partner with strategists on the brand social team to support content reviews and development, manage the editorial calendar, and publish content on a daily basis
• Develop narrative-focused and engagement-based content for the LinkedIn pages, including articles, long-form posts, and polls
• Partner with Customer Success team to triage and escalate customer issues received through social media channels, ensuring timely follow-up and positive customer outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional teams including content marketing, sales, customer success, analytics, acquisition, customer success, and holistic search
• Build deep customer empathy and keep a pulse on conversations across our target audiences of mid-market, emerging mid-market, and accountants
• Own end-to-end measurement and reporting for areas of focus
• Continually stay on top of industry development across the social landscape, especially as it relates to best-in-class community management and social platforms
