• 3+ years of experience in coordination, marketing operations, merchandising support, or similar roles

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat; Illustrator or InDesign a plus

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to quickly learn processes and work efficiently with a short ramp-up period



Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• Planogram literacy or planogram design experience

• Retail, merchandising, pharmacy, or CPG background

• Experience supporting large store networks or field communication teams



Overview

The Planogram and Communications Coordinator is responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and distributing all store-facing planogram communications, new item introductions, and discontinued item notices. This role ensures accuracy, clarity, and consistency so that store teams can execute merchandising updates correctly and on time. The coordinator will collaborate with Merchandising, Store Operations, and Marketing to validate content, maintain version control, and manage multiple priorities. Strong Adobe and Microsoft Office skills are required, and the candidate must be able to quickly learn processes and work with minimal ramp-up.



Job Duties

• Review, proofread, and quality-check all planogram communication materials before distribution

• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in store-facing directives

• Coordinate and release planogram updates, new item notices, and discontinued item communications

• Translate planogram content into actionable store instructions

• Collaborate with Merchandising, Store Operations, and Marketing to validate content and timelines

• Maintain version control and ensure stores receive correct communication packets

• Utilize Adobe tools to review, annotate, and support updates to communication materials

• Track, report, and communicate using Microsoft Office Suite

• Manage multiple overlapping deadlines and prioritize workflow effectively
