Required Education:
• High School Diploma or GED
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in coordination, marketing operations, merchandising support, or similar roles
• Strong written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Ability to quickly learn processes and work efficiently with minimal ramp-up
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Experience with Adobe tools (Acrobat required; Illustrator or InDesign preferred)
• Planogram literacy or experience interpreting planograms
• Experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or consumer packaged goods environments
• Experience supporting large store networks or field communication teams
Planogram & Communications Coordinator Overview:
• The Planogram & Communications Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the execution of store-facing merchandising and operational communications
• This position is responsible for ensuring that all planogram updates, new item introductions, and discontinued item notices are reviewed, validated, and delivered accurately to store teams
• The role contributes to improving operational efficiency, consistency, and execution across store locations.
• This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret planogram data and translate it into clear, actionable communication for store teams
• The coordinator works closely with cross-functional stakeholders including merchandising, marketing, and store operations to ensure alignment on content, timing, and execution requirements
• In addition, the role involves maintaining version control, managing multiple deadlines, and ensuring that all communications meet quality and compliance standards
• The coordinator will utilize tools such as Adobe and Microsoft Office to review, annotate, and distribute materials while supporting workflow tracking and reporting
• Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Job Duties:
• Review and proofread planogram communications for accuracy and clarity
• Ensure consistency and quality of all store-facing communication materials
• Coordinate distribution of planogram updates, new item introductions, and discontinued item notices
• Interpret planogram data and translate into actionable store instructions
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and store operations teams
• Maintain version control and ensure correct communication materials are distributed
• Use Adobe tools to review and annotate communication materials
• Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workload effectively
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for tracking, reporting, and communication
• Review planogram bulletins to ensure proper direction is provided to stores
Specific Details to Call Attention To:
• Hybrid role requiring onsite presence 2–3 days per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Short-term assignment with potential for extension based on business needs
• Candidates must be able to start quickly and work with minimal ramp-up
• Strong Adobe experience is required
• Planogram experience is a significant advantage
