Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



1. Design, development and implementation of the graphic, layout, printing specifications, and production for job aids, presentations, multi-media, electronic, and other communication material for the company and/or business unit

2. Participates in the creative presentation, and presents concepts.

3. Leads the design and preparation of complex graphics and formal layouts that include finished artwork or illustrations.

4. Consults with internal SMEs regarding the desired outcome and audience. Researches design options and production methods. Recommends and consults with customer on the appropriate communications and graphic design options.

5. Accountable for the adherence, compliance and proper application of brand assets. Responsible for own design projects and works with project team to establish timelines and ensure they're met.

6. Assists in the development and implementation of new or revised procedures, practices, or policies in regards to graphics/art design.

7. Performs other duties as assigned.



Job Requirements: Education:

• Undergraduate studies in graphic design, illustration or related field



Experience:

• Typically 6 or more years related experience in all aspects of the graphic and art design field, from concept through project completion

• Must have experience in visual communications including multi-media, print, and electronic

• Must have project management experience



Knowledge:

• Must have extensive knowledge of layout, design and graphic applications, concepts, and theories

• Knowledge of visual design using PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Illustrator, and related creative platforms

• Must have knowledge in branding methods and strategies



Skills/Competencies:

• Must have a high level of creative and technical skills necessary to create effective designs, layouts and graphic illustrations for visual communications across a wide variety of media

• Must have strong project management and decision-making skills to lead a project from start to finish, and be able to function in a flexible and adaptable mode to support changing customer requests

• Must have interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with all levels within the company as well as with outside vendors.



Key Responsibilities:

• Creates high-quality learning assets that support both instructor-led training (ILT) and on-demand digital learning.

• Designs visually compelling facilitator materials, participant guides, job aids, toolkits, infographics, and reference materials using PowerPoint, Word, Illustrator, and other creative tools.

• Ensures content is clear, professional, brand-aligned, and optimized for diverse learning modalities and adult learning principles.

• Maintains, updates, and versions learning materials to support program evolution and ensure accuracy across learning curriculums.

• Transforms complex sales concepts or technology workflows into simple, intuitive learning visuals and diagrams.

• Collaborates closely with learning consultants and SMEs to align visual and written content with learning objectives and desired performance outcomes.

• Supports integration of learning with LMS/LXP systems and enablement platforms, improving adoption and usability.

• Leverages tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Gen AI, and Agentic technologies to enhance learning delivery and efficiency.
