Job Description
Collections – Asset Specialist



Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent



Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Default, Collections Foreclosure or Loss Mitigation

• Good Written Communications Skills

• MS Office

• Self starter



Responsibilities:

• Managing a pipeline of accounts where the client has defaulted on a loan secured by real property

• Assisting with collecting possession of that collateral in an attempt to re-coup the money it has not been paid

• Communicating with Foreclosure attorneys

• Updating accounts and preparing bids and moving accounts to repossession
