Job Description
Required experience:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in television, film or media servicing or material operations

Required qualifications:
• Strong time management, planning and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Extremely detail oriented

Required Technical Skills:
• Strong Microsoft office and software application skills
• Experience with order management or similar supply chain management systems

Preferred technical skills:
• Experience with Salesforce or other similar customer relationship management systems a plus

Job overview:
• Client Servicing manages day-to-day delivery execution, proactively identifies risks, resolves issues, and communicates status updates to stakeholders. The group is accountable for delivery accuracy and clear client communication, playing a critical role in supporting the requirements of the revenue recognition cycle.

Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship: Acts as the single point of contact for assigned clients to manage requirements, delivery schedules, tracking delivery status and proactively resolving delivery issues
• Asset Management & Delivery: oversees end to end client servicing process, including researching content availability, issuing purchase orders, preparing material orders, curing delivery rejections and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets
• Stakeholder coordination: works with sales, marketing and servicing partners to ensure timely delivery of deal obligations
• Team Leadership: creates status reports, conducts weekly status meetings and reports on servicing metrics regularly
• In-Person Engagement: attends meetings with clients and business stakeholders on-site, maintaining regular availability during US business hours (US time zone)
