PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous administrative, clerical, data-entry, warehouse, logistics, production, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.



SUMMARY

Seeking an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support seed corn production operations in Grinnell, IA. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with paperwork, learning new processes, using computers, and paying close attention to detail. Previous administrative experience is helpful but is not required for the right candidate. The role will provide support across both office and operational areas, including paperwork, inbound processing, outbound distribution, order creation, and related production support activities.



RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete and maintain paperwork associated with seed corn production activities.

• Support inbound processing and outbound distribution activities.

• Create and assist with processing orders and related documentation.

• Enter, update, and maintain information using computer systems and software.

• Review information for accuracy and follow established processes and procedures.

• Coordinate information between office, production, distribution, and operational teams.

• Help support updated paperwork and administrative processes.

• Assist with operational activities on the docks as needed.

• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other operational partners.
