About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Medical Claims Processor to support daily operations in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in claims processing, patient coordination, and insurance communication.



Key Responsibilities:



Process and adjudicate medical claims for payment or denial

Research claims to ensure proper documentation and compliance

Communicate with insurance carriers and employers to obtain claim details

Assist patients by scheduling appointments and handling inquiries

Create and maintain workers’ compensation accounts in internal systems

Manage daily work queues and ensure timely task completion

Resolve issues, questions, and concerns from vendors and members



Qualifications:



Minimum 3 years of experience in medical claims, billing, or related healthcare roles

Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Experience with healthcare systems or EMR platforms is a plus

High school diploma preferred



Work Environment:

Fully onsite role in a patient-access setting

Business casual dress code; scrubs permitted

No travel required

Parking available in designated employee areas
